Terms of Service — BioTrace Compliance

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BioTrace Compliance ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Subscription and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file. You may cancel from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Service to manage your organization's regulatory compliance records. You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, or attempt to bypass security controls.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of all records you upload or create. We process customer data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for ensuring your use complies with the regulations applicable to your operations.

5. Compliance scope

The Service provides tooling to help you operate a compliant quality system. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or medical advice. You remain solely responsible for your organization's regulatory submissions, inspections, and decisions.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Enterprise plans include a written SLA with credits for sustained outages.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. We may suspend access immediately for non-payment or security violations.
